what I do now is hold my coins because the price is so far down, if I make the USD USD I will lose, so I will take the risk to hold the coin until the price back to normal, my firmness is strong to hold, though we do not know whether the price of the coins will be normal or the price is going down, I do not recommend doing what I do, if you still lose 5% you should make USD until the normal price back, but all of your options this is only my suggestion
