Depends on what you want to buy with.
If you eman fiat, I am honestly not sure about wether this is a good idea, but what I would definitely say is, that there are lot's of chances to get into "cheap" (BTC/ETH-wise) altcoins.
While everyone is losing their mind, if you can make it to stay relaxed it might be a great time to redistribute your portfolio, imo!
