iexec, sonm, golem, dadi, aelf, dfinity, .. take your pick. All trying to achieve similar goal, albeit with different methods.

I only know some of those projects and they are not comparable to elastic. For example, SONM doesn't even have a whitepaper and they cannot explain how they pay the miners (Unanswered question: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1845114.msg29159219#msg29159219 ).
