thanks for your questions.
1. The products will be offered by merchants with different payment methods. The products and services offered in the Reward-Pool can only be bought through the reward coin (IPC).
2. As in our whitepaper mentioned we will use 30% of the funded amount during the ICO to offer products and services in the reward pool. Afterwards the reward pool will grow day by day. Our target is to offer products and services that are useful for every customer.
3. Yes, we are working really hard in the background and the next steps of the roadmap will be pusblihed soon (before the start of the crowdsale)
