I did, a year ago, that was not too easy but I accomplished. I just did not smoke at all. I mean I stopped immediately and did not smoke a single one after that. The first too weeks were too hard, but I made it. I just ate an apple every time I wanted to smoke. After a month I decided to try a cigarette, and I hated that, it was digesting.

Believe me, that's how I did it and it helped.
