Transparency, decentralization, etc. would help solve some of the big issues with the MLM industry, but certainly not all.  I think what would be most helpful to a layperson reading your material would be to provide a narrative (or a few narratives) that detail how MLM companies would use Marvo to meet their needs in a unique way (and to solve issues that other options currently cannot).
