I think Valentine's day has no direct effects in Bitcoin price, not unless another government expressed love by banning Bitcoin also. It will indeed affect Bitcoin price. 
Also I don't find any reason for Bitcoin to pump given that Valentine's day is not so global as Christmas DayProbably not. There is not that many girls that use Cryptocurrency, and not a lot of people that have Bitcoin have Girlfriends.
