Will circulating supply be 180M, what about total?Also, by the price of the token, there wont be a presale, am i right?

I just realized that your slogan of 3% = 6M Bounty Tokens is very misleading because you don't provide a transparent and fair reference point. In fact, your bounty pool is average at best given the whole ICO scene since you base your calculation on circulating supply instead of total supply. While this will be the longest bounty campaign in the history of ICOs, you are advertising in an unfair manner at the same time.
The bounty pool is NOT 3% of the total supply (360 million coins), but 3% of circulating supply (180 million coins). The overall bounty pool of the OPENMONEY ICO is roughly 1.67%.
If you want to be as professional as you claim to be, get your advertising right. Right = effective while fair and transparent.
