After I changed my password with ask my question, I think I entered the PW wrong a few times and then I decided to recover it. After I confirmed it with my email, I wanted to log in but it gave me the above stated message.

This was almost 2 weeks ago I wrote several times to the email, but no answer. In the thread its seems a lot of people since Jan have the same problem.

Who can help me, I couldn't find any proper email address to write to.
