I noticed people are buying old Bitcoin wallet addresses who have had good enough transaction histories. What for?
the best possible answer is for claiming the CLAM airdrop, the Bitcoin address before 2014 dec has a CLAM in it, the clam airdrop distributed using Bitcoin address. Other than that I think there is no point to buy old address.
