All of those devices should work fine cryptoknight999121. And don't worry about overloading your machines. Very few of our early Alpha Testers have had load issues. The only devices that have overheated are the tiny Raspberry Pi (which is a credit-card sized mini computer).

You can mine on multiple tabs, across multiple machines IF your Echelon Level is high enough. (Your Echelon Level is based on your Social Proof, which is essentially how much you've helped get the word out about Hadron.)
If you have at least Echelon Level 3, then you can mine on more than one machine. And yes, that Dell Laptop would work fine!
