My order# is 100016816, I attempted to transfer this 8 SCs' order (which costs $10568) to 2 28nm Mining Cards (which costs $9360) , and the Grand Total shows $-1180.00.

When I press the 'BITCOIN' button, it shows 'Error: Error creating bit-pay invoice. Please try again or use another payment option.'

I made this transfer on 8/18， and send an E-mail to office@butterflylabs.com immediately. 3 days later, there's still no reply to me,and my order status still shows 'Upgrade Pending'.
What can I do now? I need some help..
