Guys i had this same problems with my 2 btc boards i got but the fix was the memory on both...  It must be 1.35 PC3L i got 2 different sticks of ram and both posted no problems.  I will say the onboard vga has never worked just use one of the cards outputs if u turn the motherboard on and don't hear the beep then its ram holding you back.
