you are really kidding right just because you gave your id you think he hacked blockchain account KID where did you come from blockchain can not be hacked that easily and who would take the time to hack you for 0.18 .First of all you would need a brute forcer and a very good password list and time lots of time and he would need also your email because now blockchain ask you to verify any new pc going to link of wallet so your saying he hacked your email and then he hacked blockchain just to get in to some one that is leanding money and might not have any in his account ..
