If the post no longer exists on the forum, it's hard to argue that it deserves any forum merit.
I can give an example to argue it can still be deserved: I gave Merit for this post:
January 29, 2018, 04:28:47 PM: 1 to bramgg.crypto for (Deleted/Off-limits/Ignored)
It was a scam-warning that deserved to be noted until the thread got deleted.

I can't read Russian, but your sMerits were given to several Newbies who now have exactly 10 Merit. That would make it organized account farming.
