To make it happen, all you need to do is post a thread in the airdrop thread here, and ask people to fill a form with their ethereum address(presuming your token is erc20 compliant) here. You can set criteria, such as making compulsory for users to share their bitcojntalk and twitter handles in the form so that you know that distribution is fair and no one user gets the airdrop for more than ones.
