If one had thrown money away to scammers one will be very aggressive to such information.  Project should do well to protect investors by getting to know the pranks of scammers early, if anyway do everything to recover stolen fund. all media engaged actively do the protection. A lot of people are only here to exploit all weak ends of project so as to scam.
