Look at your profile and click on "Merit"
this is something that all can check in anyone's profile.
so forgot to say mine its blanc?
Yes, because you only have 10 merit, which was given to you automatically when the Merit system was started (as you have already had a Member rank). So nobody had sent you that Merit, you were just given at the start.
