I think bitcoins won't make a difference to poverty. Poverty will be there. Maybe bitcoins would just the effects of bitcoins but by a small margin only. However it maybe, bitcoins will always be useful for the poor, rich, and the middle class people. If the government was to integrate bitcoins to the system, then they should be prepared for possible crashes.
