No - there is no relationship between CFC (This Thread's Apparently Long-Defunct POS Token) and COF (Active CoffeeCoin Utility Token Project).

Unfortunately, at least one popular exchange still lists CFC and it is regularly pumped and dumped on people who don't take a moment to do a little research to learn that it is not COF - the token of the active CoffeeCoin Utility Token project.
