I believe they are doing contributors instead of masternodes. It sounds like the same thing. If you have 1000 pcoin in your wallet you can share in the reward of 45% of total block reward.

This coin seems like it has things going on, unlike a lot of other coins out there. I am excited about the future of this coin. The devs are working very hard it seems and keep hitting objectives on their roadmap. We will have to maintain patience and see how this month comes around.
