The campaign is scheduled to run for 2-weeks, ending on the 15th of February; Payments for the entire campaign will be sent on the 15th of February, week 1 and week 2 will be a single payment on this day to the BTC Address and ETH addresses you've provided. On this day, the campaign will end (unless we hear otherwise from hilarious).
The first week cannot possibly be 2-weeks, because then it would be the first two weeks.
