I am really having a problem with my speaking skills especially one-on-one. Can you give me some advice or link about improving speaking skills coz I think it will really be hard to get hired. 
Speaking in front of a large crowd is not a natural activity for anyone, to get better at it, you need to learn how to do it, prepare and practice Its a skill, not a talent.
