One factor and probably the biggest factor of the downfall of the bitcoin's price is the NEWS spreading across the internet. The news that are spreading to the internet is a big factor especially if that news is a FUD. If they saw the negative news about bitcoin, they will panic and sell all of their bitcoins making the price to decrease. If good news is released then many will buy bitcoin again and the price of bitcoin will rise again.
