Turns out you're not supposed to connect anything else to the molex cable that's going into the add2psu, also you're supposed to power all risers with the primary PSU, any other tips/tricks y'all know of?

This looks like a heavily overclocked card that just blew up. Seems like the card received more current that it could chew.
It actually wasn't overclocked at all, it blew up within seconds of powering up the rig
I was powering risers with both PSU's which I now know is a no no.
