Since the market is having rough time, its hard for BOS to moon (also other alts).
If BTC stabilizes and starts going to 15-20-30k, we definitly will see BOS at 3-5$ easily.

Also the mainnet and other big exchanges will help us.

But the most important thing is BTC and its price.

If BTC keeps going this year to 100k, then there is no problem BOS to achive 20-50$ per BOS in December 2018.
If BTC will go full bear mode and goes to 3k, then BOS stays at 0.2-0.6$. After BTC bear, there is light and we will start growing September+.
