Yes fully synced. I even did a fresh install. The wallet balance on the blockchain is way more than I actually own. So the blockchain data is wrong

This is a screen from the Paccoin block explorer, all these stake rewards are all false, they are not in the wallet because they did not get accepted. But the blockchain counts then anyway so now my balance showing on the blockexplorer is like 40% more than what I actually have.
