I'm sick and tired of this chinese princess and her SM slave training.
To me it's a clear matter. An analogy:
1. I own a fish restaurant and order 100 kg fish at Avafish Ltd. and pay them in advance. I can earn $5 on each fish order I sell.
2. After several weeks and enquiries that are unanswered, I get, without notice, a delivery of 100 kg fish, but it's half rotten. Thus it can only be used as pet food, which can be sold for $0.5 per kg.
Who in his right mind would pay the full price for such a delivery?Option a: Adjust the price to the real value the chips have now (< 50%) and refund the rest / ship double amount of chips. This shouldn't be a problem, considering Avalons purchase price of around $1 per chip.
Option b: Lawsuit to achieve this (and probably more). There is a lawyer on the forum, Marco Santori, who could eventually be interested in a class action suite against Avalon.
