EDIT: despite being an ERC20 token, CXO is not nearly as affected by the scalability problems of ETH - reason being; as outlined in the RM and WP it usually takes a week to transfer a Bill of Laden, therefore CXO has a lot of wiggle room and as long as the ETH network takes less than a week to process, we're golden
