Hi : my pasa is 72249-49 no payload needed to send pasc from wallet

Payloads are used for example for deposit on poloniex to correctly attribute balances (because poloniex use one pasa only "86646-64" to store every people balance and they attribute the pasc amounts with help of payloads) thankssssss
