Big project doesn't mean big profit. Telegram ICO is planning to raise an insane amount of money (and the difference between the first and the last tokens will be pretty big that may also wash the price). If you also count that telegram is not monetized it will be hard to imagine what project should they do to make a product worth of 2 bln USD (that is their hard cap). That looks more like a crowdfunding then a real investments. If you take some time and do a research you can sometimes find some low cap ICOs that can be a real dimonds for you. Telegram
