Nobody gonna send you ETH, ask your relatives to lend you some money and return them back when you will earn from the project.

I'll pay for deployment once i'm done regardless of donations, deployment costs are not really a question, I offered openly under a gamble category, a hundredTH of an eth for partially sponsoring this small deployment cost, for a gamble on just be a part of something that may be interesting, was not trying to fool anyone; and never said it is expected to earn anything; kinda wanted to spark some mystery interest in something im making... silly me, eh?
I think people will start jumping once you have a concrete plan, a development team, a formal proposal such as whitepaper, and a working site. I doubt there will be a mystery interest with the kind of proposal you have. Honestly I do not even understand what are you trying to say about the kind of investment and its return.
