I have a problem with adding nodes in XVP. Before, Virtacoin became Virtacoinplus, the command was "addnode "104.131.169.14" ADD" press enter, it's done. But...that command does not work anymore and in fact, when that command is used, an error comes up "Method not found (code -32601)" .
Can anybody help me.
Hello, yes I have just checked it out and seen the same error.Not being tech savvy I do not have an answer but I am sure someone can assist.
Why do you need to add nodes? Your wallet is not syncing? Does it happening at the first installation? It used to sync for a while and now stops syncing? Is the software you are using VirtacoinPlus-V3.0.0.exe?
I'm asking you all this because I've never encountered synchronization problems and have installed so many wallets. As far as I know, XVP desktop wallet does not include a .conf file and it's working very well since the very beggining. Add more details to your issue please.
I was forced to reinstall the Windows O/S, and therefore, had to start from scratch. Yes I am using
VirtacoinPlus-V3.0.0.exe and NO the wallet is not syncing. Does that mean "No Nodes No Syncing?". And if the problem is "No Nodes No Syncing" then I need to add nodes.........
