Can you split Bitcoin Pay? I know some places can split it but not for SegWit address

I have no idea how I didn't find this service before. Now I can finally get Bitcoin Gold and other forked coins without all the hassle.
You should run a signature campaign on bitcointalk and I am sure you will earn more from new users (10% fee) than you will be paying to signature campaign participants.
