What makes you think dev will respond, have you visited the monero gold website? If not, you might want to check that out, this guy probably won't be coming back.
With all the good projects in crypto it's sad that people will choose to invest their money in something like this as opposed to a highly visible project.
If you've been effected, collect all the evidence you can against the people behind it and report what you can.
I agree with you @ RodneyGrillery..XMRG SCAM and it is obviously very sorry ... so sorry here especially the participation that started investing in this problem ..
