I know about the Paris love lock bridge where people put padlocks on the bridge to "solidify" their love. Although a whitepaper would be nice so that I can read more about your project 
Yes, the concept is same. But, have you wondered that the Paris tradition isn't actually forever? The government is removing the locks.
