Why is the block reward today at 72 CRS?

I do not understand a thing.
We decided to reward miners with 60% for one week before going 50/50 since they supported the chain while rewards were 6CRS / block.
Masternodes were announce on our update link on the Original Ann, we are working on a new Ann with all the new details.
OK I red that Masternode was comming but I never saw a date (or block Nr).
So that mean the MN function is ready. Any possibility to joint a shared masternode?
