It might have went down for a brief period of time yesterday. It's long back up.
Finally got around to checking out the site. Have added it to the list and will change the glow colour to green once first payout has been received by myself or a trusted member confirms to me that they have been paid.
i just received payment from this litecoin faucet, so i would consider it safe to turn green
