When sigcamp open agayn.. If sigcamp not available, why yesterday you create link to submit signature campaign??

Signature/Avatar campaign will not be opened.
The reason is that we no longer see value in such campaign. We analyzed effect of signature (and other type) campaigns from other projects and conclusion is that nowdays they are not worth it. They generate to much spam and negative feedback.
