I met alots of people from VietNam while gambling. They online most of the time ,but they only talk on chatbox for example: Primedice,Stake and many sites i've visited .
Are they addicted gambling/ making money or they want a place to comunicate each other?

In Vietnam, there's no Real Casino, Vietnam Government banned gambling in this country but some people, they still want to gamble so they go to Laos or Cambodia to gamble (lol).
