When we started our project at the start of 2017 we had a lot of people tell us that ICO's are not for real estate.  I think your list proves otherwise  At that time REIDAO was really the only site mentioning tokenization (apart from a white paper from MIT) and now there are a bunch.  I think you should add them to your list.  REIDAO - https://reidao.io/ (they have a new project https://crowdvilla.io/)
