Governments will make it more difficult to get access to the crypto world (fiat gateways, IP blocks, outright bans), but technology is always going to be one step ahead.
There is no way to enforce a full crypto ban.

Watch out how the news will be changing very soon when all the bears are tapped out. China has always been known to bring in negative vibes.
