Yes I think no country have any rule regarding betting because most of people use to gamble and they bet so I think it is neither legal nor illegal, if bitcoin will be use for betting it will case of issue like money lose and other this kid issue bitcoin is good to hold as some countries have announced bitcoin as legal currency so in those country maybe bitcoin betting would be legal, but people cannot gable and bet in casino and beer bars as it is considers as illegal places.
