They are stringing us along. As soon as you can, take your coins out, because the site will be "hacked" shortly after they come back online, and all the coins will be "stolen by the hackers."
Would also advise keeping your coins safe for a while until everything settles back to normal.
Pure speculation I think
I still hope they will be back soon, luckily I just have a few thousand RADIA there. And like you, I will keep my coins safe for a while and see how the whole thing goes on.
