Some people have been banned from voting XVP due to creating multiple accounts in the past. Therefore, after trading the Doge to BTC, the voting button don't turn to green color (they are not able to vote XVP).
If you are in this situation, just follow the steps #9 to #11 in the slide tutorial (by clicking the banner above), send the btc (satoshi) back to the sender and try to vote later. Once you've made a deposit and a transaction on Mercatox, you got the right to cast your vote, no matter your balance turns to zero.
