What problems could you face if someone breaks the TV-TWO rules one day and uploads content that is not allowed here? Im not sure I think about hackers. But I think you cannot control all the content on a complete variety of channels. So there could be unscrupulous content providers 
Hey bitoshka! Not implemented yet, so take this with a grain of salt, but the idea is to have token holders vote on the content guidelines for the platform to find the right balance between freedom of expression and a positive user experience.
