No idea Tron is scam or not. Some ico raise their fund without any ongoing business, only have white paper then start doing ico. My analysis just invest your money to ico with ongoing project or have ongoing business. If invest ico without ongoing business or project you will see the price will dumps, it because they need more time to give investors confidence.
