Anyone with any recommendations for various tools and services?

It's become glaringly obvious to me that Google, Amazon, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram etc have been massively overreaching for data for quite a long time.

I love Google but I don't want to ever use it again and I'm tired of all of my data being harvested.

I recently signed up for a twitter to follow various crypto stars and I used an email unaffiliated with any social network that nobody knows about... and sure enough... the damn thing recommended I befriend people that I know in real life... despite them not having my email and me not entering my phone number.

So, yeah, any tips would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
