I'd prefer to leave my PRL into the ETH wallet and still receive the airdrop honestly.

I think @hamlet1975 got it wrong. I think what they meant by "We are looking into arrangements to airdrop SHL to PRL that is held within specific exchanges (details will follow)." is that people who hold PRLs in their ETH wallets will receive SHL, but they are negotiating with exchanges to airdrop SHL to people that hold PRL in exchanges. Some exchanges don't support that (I can confirm EtherDelta doesn't support that), but some do. That's why they said that more details will follow.
