Buying in my opinion is more advantageous since the market value is currently low and the market value is now starting to rise. Profit will be earned by buying now and holding. Dumps are just temporary and as I've mentioned, it is now starting to recover which is the biggest reason to hold rather than to sell. So Keep on HOLDING!
